EXPENDITURE FOR PERPETUAL AND ENDOWED CARE LIMITED TO INCOME

Any obligation of the Association as to the endowed care, perpetual care, or the like shall be limited absolutely to the net income derived from such fund or funds, no part of the principal being expended, anything herein stated to the contrary notwithstanding.
