Q: How did you meet Susanne?
A: I still remember when she went to maple wood at Stonyhill, I was working there on the second floor and she was saying hi to everyone and she was asking their name, she was always smiling. I remember she would always say how she was the youngest person in there. I was impressed that she was always energetic and happy, something that I will never forget about her.
