Patria was an active member of the Westport Woman's Club and of the Club's Gourmet Group and was a catalyst for the Club's annual Canal Park luncheon. Patria and Peter are also warmly remembered for their contributions to Westport's Yankee Doodle Fair, and Patria demonstrated her artistic and creative skills as a member of the Embroiders' Guild of America, Fairfield County Chapter, for many years.
